Nature and Scope of the Advice

Financial advisers of Hill Insurance Limited provide financial advice in relation to personal insurance (life and health) and KiwiSaver.

Neither Hill Insurance Limited nor I have been subject to a reliability event.

A reliability event is something that might materially influence you in deciding whether to seek advice from me or from Hill Insurance Limited. As an example, it would include legal proceedings against me, or if I had been discharged from bankruptcy in the last four years.

Fees and Expenses

I will not charge a fee for the financial advice that I provide to you. I am paid commissions from Hill Insurance Limited. If you do decide to take out any policies with us, Hill Insurance Limited will receive a commission from the providers that we work with.

What if something goes wrong:

If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of my service we have an internal complaints process. We will try to resolve these within 10 business days.
