Lupe Fofoa I Vaoese
Lupe Fofoa I Vaoese is a language school course dedicated to reviving and educating Samoan oratory and traditions to help empower Samoans living in New Zealand to use their Samoan heritage as a strength in whatever they pursue in life. This course helps educate Samoans about how their language and tradition can be tools used to thrive in western society from a multitude of lenses such as mental, social and economic well being. This business has a dedicated and culturally literate team who prioritise the cultural growth of their students. The main tutor and community engagement Asiata Vailiko Pio was born and raised in the Samoan culture and is passionate about keeping Samoan traditions alive through a hybrid approach.
This language school has agreed to partner to run information events regularly at their courses to ensure that their students have access to financial advice to increase equity. They have 3 classes (beginners, intermediate and advanced)
AFI Investments is currently working on expanding our engagement in the community and with private business partnerships.
